We have the technical expertise and knowledge to design tooling that can produce a part with superior edge condition and flatness. We are able to get maximum life out of our tooling, even with hard materials like blue tempered steel. We are doing things with our tooling and process that yield a high number of parts before the tool needs to come out of the press to be sharpened or components changed out.

We have taken on research and development programs with huge successes. We have recently developed a program for BorgWarner that eliminated the need for friction material on their low-torque clutch plates. This was a huge cost savings over the current technology. We have also utilized a half-shear technology to produce parts for Multek that allows flex-circuits to be assembled in a fraction of the time. Once again, a huge cost savings.
