Since starting in 1958, Taber Bushnell has grown into a dynamic leader in the industry employing more than 100 employees at our corporate headquarters in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Our capabilities include: metal stamping, electromechanical assembly, welding, PEM insertion, tapping, drilling, soldering, parts cleaning, as well as in-house tooling, design and engineering.

Opportunities for employment change frequently and range from engineering positions requiring a degree with extensive experience to entry level positions that require a high school diploma (or equivalent) with little or no experience. Our policy is for the manager or supervisor of each department to recruit, interview and hire based on their needs, subject to processes and guidelines set forth by the Human Resources Department.
