Over 36 years, Lake Air Metal Products has grown into a dynamic leader in the industry employing more than 100 employees at our corporate headquarters in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Our capabilities include: engineering, laser cutting, turret punching, forming, cnc machining, cnc turning, electromechanical assembly, welding, PEM insertion, tapping, and drilling, deburring and complex metal finishing.

Opportunities for employment change frequently and range from engineering positions requiring a degree with extensive experience to entry level positions that require a high school diploma (or equivalent) with little or no experience. Our policy is for the manager or supervisor of each department to recruit, interview and hire based on their needs, subject to processes and guidelines set forth by the Human Resources Department. Our preference is to accept our own application targeted for a posted opening.
